Development & Capacity building

It is one of the most active permanent project from which the society aim to create & develop skills reaching state of self depending. This will help in rising the numbers of women who could be assume as leaders in their community. Ability & hobby differ from one to another depending on different circumstance. The society tries to help in different directions.

1- Computer courses

From the early day of the establishment of the society computer center was very important.  it  offers continuous training courses all through the year .due to the marked specification of the society the center face big sharing from girls & women from (8- 75) year starting from primary school students, reaching to post graduated degree.

Including, house wives, teachers, doctors, engineers, students from different stages. 

 The society share in giving free courses to the orphans in some Baghdad orphanages.

2- Sewing Workshop

The main activities for the sewing workshop is holding teaching courses. These courses are held in two stages:

     - Basic Sewing course.

- Progress sewing course

The Accomplished Projects:

 1. Bed Sheets project.

 2. Sewing Clothes for the benefit of IDPs.

3. The Orphanages Bed Sheets Project.

4. Orphans’ School Uniforms Project.

5. The Permanent Sewing Project.

6. hand-made carpets in the Folklore Tradition Institution. 

3- planning & management courses

K4IWS aim to help in progressing & developing others. It holds this responsibility from early days of its establishment.

Courses of simple management were given to commercial secondary school students

Several work shops to other INGO took place inside the society at this subject.

4- Library

The society aim to spread knowledge through one of   its main sources (books) big efforts were done to supply the library with important references for different subjects.
