Due to the good reputation which the society got during its projects, several requests to open branches from different places took place.

Falludja Branch

After the bloody events of Falludja in April 2004, the society members visited the town and witnessed the destruction and damage that was inflicted on it. Many places in Falludja were visited and urgent humanitarian aid was delivered such as clothes, blankets and food items during the visit, a meeting was held with the women of the district. The women showed great admiration for the society activities and wished for a branch in their city to be established.

After the aggravation of the events and the increment of military operations, the people were forced to emigrate to nearby places or the capital. During the period between November 2004 and March 2005, the society had participated in a lot of relief campaigns and charities for these families, the society medical team made field visits to examine those families and offer them the proper treatments. After the return of the refugee's home the society made relief campaigns to provide the harmed families that had lost their houses, with large tents, water tanks, electric fans as well as kitchen stuff. The concentration was mostly on widows and orphans. With all these activities, requests were increased to open the branch. The issue was discussed by the administration, society members and some women of the district and it was approved to establish a branch after the proper preparations. The branch was opened on 15/4/2005. Training to the new members took place & activities started .

The branch included the following departments and activities:-

1- Sewing Workshop:

Free courses for primary & progress sewing were held for three months to teach females this useful skill. Many kinds of clothes were tailored and sold during charity Bazaars of the branch.

Sewing project is now offering help to both workers & beneficiaries.

2- Computer Center:

Many free (word) sessions were held for three months to increase girl's efficiency in this field. This center is in charge of the branch data and offering services for women in computer.

3- Education Centre:

In which illiterate women are taught reading and writing. The girls who are unable to finish school are helped to finish their education and get prepared for final examinations.

 4- Social Department:

It's in charge of delivering financial support to poor families in certain occasions like Ramadan, Al-Fitter feast and Al- Adha feast by coordination with the main branch. Charity is sometimes given by people of the district. Widows are the largest section who got help.

The branch also takes the responsibility of delivering aids to the near by calamitous districts instead of transferring them from the main branch and that was clear in Rawa, A'ana, Ka'em and Haditha.

After increasing violence due to sectarian reasons many families immigrated to the city since April 2006 reaching to more than 2000 families with the beginning of 2007. The branch achieves several projects to help those families with food items, blankets, heaters, fuel ……..

5- Childhood smiling kindergarten:

This department is one of the most important departments, for it was opened at the same day as the society. it is considered the first Kindergarten established in Falludja after military operations. This thing represents a great challenge because most families were afraid of sending their children there, but the problem was settled by much patience and perseverance.

The Kindergarten was opened and supplied with all the necessary requisites and the children's numbers were increasing day after day because of the excellent services offered by the Kindergarten  as the children are transported to and from their houses. They are taught and taken care of as well as weekly medical examinations with one meal a day and all are free. Presents in special occasions and feasts. Some of the orphans receive donation through project   (Companion of prophet Mohamad in Paradise)

Special department for children who are not orphans.

The society works hard to develop the Kindergarten and continue its service. Results in treat the complicated physiological state of the orphans seems as miracle. those who refuse to talk, keep crying ,standing in the corner with tragedy stories for the lost of one or both parents during military operations, behave after few months normally & found friends .some of them refuse to return home because they believe that kindergarten is their second home .

6- Medical care:

Due to the limited a viability of medical team in the city, the medical services could be introduced once weekly.  Visitor doctor attended the branch & help in checking kindergarten children with some women cases. The society aim to arrange continuous medical clinic & moving into this goal hopping to succeed in the near future.
