Projects of the society are achieved through different committees. The idea is to divided responsibility & efforts. So the work can go easy, an example
Medical committee took place inside & outside society. 1. Courses in first aid, health care, personal hygiene. 2. Lectures in different medical subjects especially in cases of spreading epidemic diseases. 3. Vaccination campaigns. 4. Distributing leaflets & medical literatures. 5. Participated in sending packages of medication and medical necessities to a number of disadvantaged areas. 6. Checking & treating IDPs. 7. Visiting sick people inpatient in hospitals and give them presents. 8. Holding courses for the undergraduate students in biology during summer holiday. 9. Fitness courses in order to maintain women health. 10. Sharing in developing courses & workshops. 11. Permanent following up to the kindergarten children. 12. Representing the society in the Medical conferences & meetings. 13. Helping in arranging treatment for some sever cases to be treated outside Iraq but still the numbers are very little due to shortage in support.
The social committee is responsible for managing and observing progress of the following projects: 1. Supporting the orphan project. 2. Family loan project. 3. Helping widows project. 4. Ramadan food donation basket project. 5. Collecting and giving out used and new clothing and separating, rearranging packaging and distributing them to families in need, orphans and widows. 6. Receiving and giving our Eid donations. 7. Giving out Eid clothes and Eid donations to orphans and widows, also giving out school necessities at the beginning of the academic year. 8. Visiting families & other NGO. 9. Arranging charity Bazaars. 10. Collecting, packing & distributing donation items (food & non food). 11. Sharing in developing work shops.
During march of the society to achieve its Goals many communications with UN agencies, National & International NGOs which lead to positive relationships. Members of the society attended several workshops & conferences inside & outside Iraq. Head Manageress of the society holds the responsibility in declaring the society viewpoint about reality of events in Iraq at several International Conference & meeting.
